Had a delivery tonight

We was told to visit her by a friend who recommended them ..the food is really nice,the portions very big, we had the 4 course banquet meal for £14 -, what a bargain...food was nice and cooked fresh and no big delays...the only thing I can complain about is he way we felt when we walked in.!!!..not very friendly as we are new to the that restaurant ...staff looked miserable and not chaty at all.

Damp popadoms, dry nann bread, dry chicken and a missing side dish. Very disappointed

When we do treat ourselves Markyate Spice is always the top of the list The food is always lovely and they are so prompt and courteous .

This is the best Indian takeaway that I've had. They. cook everything to order and the good is gorgeous. I'm from London and have had soooo many Indian takeaways and this place is up there first/second best..Will definitely be back!

Excellent food - 100% recommend. We've eaten in the Markyate Spice numerous times as a couple and in a group. We have never been disappointed with the food. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Food is out of this world! We have visited and ordered for takeaway many times over and not once have we ever had a complaint. Restaurant is very modern and the staff are amazing! No bad words to say. 100% recommend to anyone wanting amazing food and friendly good service
